Discover Model Railroading

The Intracoastal Model Railroad Club is a group of model train enthusiasts located in Brunswick County. We host train shows throughout the year to share our passion for model railroading with the community. Our club brings together modelers, collectors, and train enthusiasts of all experience levels. Whether you are just getting started, returning to the hobby, or have years of experience, you will find a welcoming group eager to share knowledge and learn from one another. Different from many clubs, we do not have a clubhouse, so we meet monthly at various members homes to review our activities, plan for new shows and maintain our layouts.

Meetings cover old and new business followed by a viewing of the hosts layout.

Annual meeting

BEMC Conferenvce Room, Bolivia, NC Reguired meeting per our 501c (3) charter. We cover the past years accomplishments and the new years projects and goals.

03 — Layouts & scales

What we show

Our club layouts consist of an O gauge High Rail display, an O guage and O27 guage Kids Layout, an S gauge kids layout and G gauge large layout. We also show Antique, HO, N and Z gauge layouts as well.
